Previously, Jesi handled a variety of professional liability issues for real estate professionals, including assistance with audits and investigations by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
Jesi also has extensive experience resolving real property disputes including, easement and access, boundary, and quiet title disputes.
Jesi served as the Grievance Committee chairperson for the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS® for many years, as well as a panel member on the professional standards committee. Jesi also served as an Ombudsman, successfully resolving matters before they turned into formal complaints.
Jesi teaches courses to real estate brokers and agents throughout the state for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. She also served as one of the attorneys answering calls for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® legal hotline.
Jesi received her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She graduated with Pro Bono Distinction for her work providing legal services to various organizations, including the Probate Lawyers Assistance Project, the Arizona Justice Project, and Arizona Veterans StandDown Alliance. While in law school, Jesi interned with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the Fraud and Special Prosecutions Division where she focused on mortgage fraud matters, and the Scottsdale City Attorney’s Office where she assisted with real property matters.
